State’s Attorney, Lance Richardson, joins law enforcement and social services for the annual CAC (Child Advocacy Center) partnership agreement signing held at the Office of the Sheriff on October 9, 2014. These agencies are responsible for investigating crimes against children that occur within Queen Anne’s County. Department Heads from the Office of the State’s Attorney, Centreville Police Department, Queen Anne’s County Office of the Sheriff, Maryland State Police and Queen Anne’s County Department of Social Services sign the annual agreement pledging their partnership with the CAC for the upcoming year.  The CAC plays a vital part in bringing a partnership of resources together for the betterment of children who have been the victims of sexual assault.

Deputy State’s Attorney, Christine Dulla-Rickard, 2014-10-09_11.34.06and Victim-Witness Coordinator, Michelle Barker, attended this event with Mr. Richardson.
